The Catholic institution in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, held a recent ceremony to announce the naming of the new campus residence hall. Sister Cora Marie, a St. Joseph’s honorary degree recipient of the university, gave remarks about Sister Thea, “a contemporary and lifelong friend …” who was “always giving back to God and God’s people.”

The new residence hall for first-year students is scheduled to open its doors in the fall of 2025.
